Architect: JBHM Architects
Location: Columbus, MS New construction, completed in 2011, consisted of a 760-seat multi-purpose sanctuary and supporting facilities, including a gymnasium with a basketball court and a stage to accommodate assemblies.
Our work included recommendations for acoustical improvement/reinforcement for the choir and electronic organ, and maximizing speech intelligibility for sermons via sound reinforcement. All interfaces were designed to support broadcast from the facility, and tie back to the sanctuary for multimedia presentations. Additional work included acoustical and sound-system recommendations for the multi-purpose gymnasium. |
