Should the Good Times Roll Less Loudly?

This New York Times article, published both stateside and internationally, discusses the noise issues on New Orleans' infamous Bourbon Street. This street, located in the French Quarter, is lined with clubs and regularly filled with rowdy party-goers taking over the streets. The French Quarter is also home to many residences who have dealt with the growing noise problem over decades. Dave Woolworth, a principal at RWA, is featured in this article for his role as an adviser to the city and expert in acoustics during the process of creating a noise ordinance.
